These rosters are pools of assessed candidates, who can be recruited in an efficient manner once a vacancy arises for a business-critical role. Roster members will be considered first for external vacancies. If you qualify for one of our rosters, you could be hired to make a difference with one of our exciting projects.
The process to qualify is as follows:
- You submit your application on time
- A seasoned team of Aurea Draconis Ltd. Managers will assess your application and if found suitable you will be invited to an interview/assessment.
- If successful, we will conduct a reference check with at least 2 references from your last positions.
- You will be notified about the result of the assessment and if successfully, you will become a member of the roster.
- You will be considered first for any external recruitment.
- As a member you will remain on the roster for the duration of the next 3 years.

LOT No. A – Multi Media Production and Marketing
1 Video shooting expert
Qualifications
the following minimum qualification and skills are required
- Have a degree in film studies or related field;
- Proficient with hybrid camera, sound recording and lighting gear.
- Good computer skills to work with various video and photo editing software programs, such as Adobe Premiere pro, Final cut pro, Davinci resolve, and Photoshop/Lightroom.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work with people of all ages and help them feel relaxed and comfortable in front of the camera
- Time management skills to work within tight deadlines, capturing action and once-in-a-lifetime moments on camera
- Multiple skills in capturing many different moments, people, and expressions on camera, employers look for professionals
Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with the director and production team ahead of shooting (during post-production phase), and during shooting to ensure technical and organizational quality of the shooting (equipment and time managing).
- Operate a camera and shoot video and/or photo.
- Make sure that footage and photos are recorded in the desired format (frame rate, video/photo resolution).
- Record editable quality sound (interview or ambient sound).
- Setup up scene lighting.
- Collect and organize footage (video and audio) after recording completion. Then send the footage over to video editor.
- Possibly edit a pre or final version of the video.
1 Video Editor
Qualifications
the following minimum qualification and skills are required
- Degree in film studies, cinematography or related field;
- Proven experience as video editor;
- Good time-management skills;
- Proficient in video editing software such as Final Cut Pro X, Adobe Premiere pro, Davinci resolve, Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D;
- Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio;
- Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation and continuity;
- Familiarity with special effects, 3D and compositing;
- Knowledge and a good understanding of motion graphics.
Responsibilities:
- Assembling raw footage and transferring or uploading to the workstation.
- Review, classify and select raw footage.
- Edit the footage in accordance to a given storyboard.
- Sound editing and mixing: selecting and imputing music, voice-overs, sound effects over the video.
- Motion graphics creation: subtitling, titling, logo or another assets animation.
- 3D animation or assets creation.
- Exporting and delivering the final video product on time and in the desired broadcasting format.
1 Graphic Designer/illustrator
Qualifications
the following minimum qualification and skills are required
- Degree in graphic design, fine arts or related field;
- Proficient in graphic design and/or illustration software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign, Dreamweaver, XD, Afinity designer, sketchbook, Corel painter.
- Proven graphic designing experience;
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics;
- Good time-management skills
Responsibilities:
- Study design briefs and determine job’s requirements.
- Creation of a mood board / presentation of a graphic style to client until agreeing on final graphic style.
- Take into account both clients and company desired outcome during creation of a graphic style.
- Advise clients on strategies and graphic styles to engage target audiences in the most efficient way.
- Identify the best ways to illustrate and communicate clients’ vision while complying with design best practices.
- Create designs using illustration, photo editing and layout software.
- Delivering final graphic design product to client on time and in desired format.
1 Web Designer
Qualifications
the following minimum qualification and skills are required
- Degree in web design, graphic design or related field;
- Proficient in web design and/or illustration software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, XD, WordPress, sketch.
- Proven web designing experience;
- A strong portfolio of website illustrations or other website graphics;
- Excellent IT skills, especially with design and photo-editing software;
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Study design briefs and identify clients’ needs and requirements. Regularly liaise with client.
- Draw up detailed website specifications.
- Design sample page layouts including text size and colors.
- Design graphics, animations and manipulate digital photographs.
- Register web domain names and organize the hosting of the website.
1 Multi Media Marketing Expert
Qualifications:
- Degree in multimedia and technologies such as computing, computer science, multimedia technology, design, animation, software development, web development, visual arts and business information systems (BIS);
- Proven experience as multimedia manager;
- Good time-management skills;
- Excellent knowledge of online marketing tools (SEO, PPC, mailing);
- Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation and continuity;
- Familiarity with social media marketing and advertising;
- Knowledge and a good understanding of the different traditional and digital media tools and platforms;
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement SEO and PPC (pay-per-click) strategy for clients.
- Create PowerPoint presentations for speakers for on-site sales meetings.
- Initiate client’s YouTube, Facebook, Instagram channels; maintain channels and all content.
- Design, administer, and maintain Internet sites, corporate intranet and web servers.
- Developing new social media strategies and campaigns.
- Managing a budget to be spent on promoting social media posts and PPC advertising.
